SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture. Soil cultivator for cultivation of cucurbits under film comprises frame with disc knives arranged thereon, right and left turning plow casings with backing casings, and furrow former, at that, the unit is equipped with two pairs of disc knives installed so that distance between internal discs of pairs is equal to distances between disc knives in each of pairs, at that, behind each pair of disc knives there are right-and left-turning plow casings with backing casings, with posts facing the longitudinal axis of the unit, on which the loosening working elements are mounted, in addition, the unit is equipped with rollers installed behind the bodies, and along the symmetry axis of the unit a furrower is fixed, behind which levelers are installed, located at distance from each other, equal to the width of the furrow former capture, and to form furrows for installation of film tunnels on both sides of unit at an angle of attack spherical discs are mounted.

EFFECT: invention allows improving quality of soil preparation for melon crops melting under the film in tunnel shelters while reducing power consumption of treatment.
