SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the use of a phospholipid emulsion comprising an effective amount of dihydroquercetin (DHA) for the protection of donor organ tissue during transplantation, which uses a phospholipid emulsion comprising the following components in g per 100 ml: glycine 3.5± 0.5; egg lecithin 3.5± 0.8; dihydroquercetin 0.35± 0.1; water is the rest.
EFFECT: increase in the time of rejection of transplanted tissue, which is expressed in a decrease in the rate of graft resorption, a decrease in the level of oxidative stress, and prevention of inflammatory reactions of phagocytes.
