SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to an insectoacaricidal agent and a method of protecting small domestic animals from ectoparasites. An insectoacaricidal agent in the form of drops on the withers for protecting small domestic animals from ectoparasites includes a combination of at least two active ingredients, tebufenpyrad and etofenprox, as an active principle and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary components, where these active substances are contained in concentrations providing a therapeutically effective dose with a single use. A method of protecting small domestic animals from ectoparasites involving a single application to the animal of a combined insectoacaricidal agent in an effective amount.

EFFECT: above-described group of inventions effectively combats ectoparasites using a new, effective, safe and simple in composition and method of production of a combined drug for the protection of small domestic animals.
