FIELD: materials.
SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing an article from a composite material in the form of a "sandwich" structure includes creating preforms, combining the first preform, the insert and the second preform in an injection mould, achieving solidity of the said preforms to obtain the said outer layers by heating and increasing pressure. Then the insert is removed, the outer layers are separated and the inner layer of the "sandwich" structure is introduced. Moreover, a knitted preform is installed on each side of the inner layer. Then heat treatment is carried out for gluing said outer layers with said inner layer, wherein the knitted preform of the inner layer forms a connecting layer between the inner layer and the facing layer, and cooling the article. At the same time, preforms are obtained using fabrics pre-impregnated with polymer resin or by knitting a textile thread containing a reinforcing material and a polymer material.
EFFECT: high degree of adhesion between the layers of the product.
