FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: cemented composite lattice building textile materials are made of cloths. Textile material is formed of at least two and preferably three components. The first component or member carrying load is used in the form of filament or thread of high strength, high modulus of elasticity and low stretching. The second component is polymer in the form of thread or in some other form which envelops and cements threads in joints for their strengthening. The third component is selective and may be in the form of fancy or bulky thread. In cloth, warp multitude is woven with multitude of wefts. Weave may preferably be fully crossed or semicrossed with interweaving weave. At least one part of warps and wefts may be in capacity of the first components, i.e. threads carrying load. Polymer component is used in the form as required of polymer possessing properties needed for ready product and especially for imparting of improved properties to joints or strengthening of these joints. Fancy or bulky threads are used as warps and/or wefts, and/or interweaving threads as it is required for ensuring desired bulkiness of textile material and relatively large thickness of profile of ready product.
