SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solar technology and can be used in devices that convert solar electromagnetic radiation into thermal energy for heating a liquid heat carrier, namely, vacuum flat solar collectors. The arctic flat transparent solar collector consists of a housing and an internal heat absorption unit, and the internal heat absorption unit is made of a direct-flow heat pipe coated with a highly selective coating - a “coil” and a wire “tangle” wrapped around the tube – the “coil”, installed in the housing cavity parallel to the front - translucent and rear translucent walls, and the outer vertical rod of the housing is placed at its edge and inserted into the hole of the vertical post of the mounting plate, connected simultaneously with the safety spring to the housing.

EFFECT: invention should provide increased power, economic performance and reliability.
