FIELD: petrochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the processing of acid tars. The invention relates to a mobile installation for processing acid tars into road bitumen. Acid tar is pumped through an intake device into two sequentially located containers for heating by a steam coil and purification from free water and mechanical impurities. The purified acid tar is pumped into two reactors, heated by steam through a steam jacket, where the remaining water is evaporated. The reactors are connected to a storage tank for the neutralizer - dolomite flour, a tank for storing deasphalting asphalt - waste from oil purification with propane, and a tank with a plasticizer - butyl acrylate distillation bottoms, for mixing with components. The resulting road bitumen from the reactors is pumped for storage; the operation of the installation is controlled from the control panel.
EFFECT: ensuring the continuity of the technical process of processing acid tars until obtaining commercial products in the form of road bitumen.
