FIELD: composite materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite materials based on conjugated polymers with graphene nanoscale layers, which can be used to create electrical devices. A composite material is proposed for creating a conductive material containing donor-acceptor copolymers as a polymer matrix, where indacenodithiophene or indacenodithiophene is used as a donor, and 2-fluorobenzothiadiazole or diketopyrrolopyrrole is used as an acceptor, with a donor to acceptor molar ratio of 1:1, and from 3 to 20 wt.% of reduced graphene oxide, and a method for producing the proposed composite material by synthesizing a donor-acceptor copolymer and reduced graphene oxide, followed by mixing the components.

EFFECT: creating a conductive material based on conjugated copolymers and reduced graphene oxide characterized by a band gap in the range of 1.55-2.51 eV.
