SUBSTANCE: method is the preparation of a mesoporous donor polymer layer by a template method using inorganic micro/nanoparticles as templates that are removed from the composite film by treatment with acids or alkalis, followed by filling the porous polymer space with an acceptor organic material. Upon washing out of the inorganic template, pores of 10-100 nm in size are formed in the polymer layer. The washing out of inorganic oxides or zeolites is carried out by any acids or alkalis, including hydrochloric, sulfuric, nitric, phosphoric acids and sodium and potassium hydroxides, followed by washing the film with de-ionized water to remove alkali metal ions. Then, the resulting mesoporous polymer layer is coated with an acceptor material from an appropriate solvent that does not dissolve the polymer. The procedure for removing the inorganic template can be omitted, if the template material has the properties of an electron acceptor and can also be used in photovoltaics as a semiconductor.

EFFECT: preparing polymer films with a pore size of 10-100 nm.
