FIELD: heat exchanger.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a tubular sectional heat exchanger having built-in elements of deflecting surfaces, windows and guide dividers. The product flows in the inter-tube space (6) of a pipe sectional heat exchanger (1), which has an inlet (2) and an outlet (3) for the product and an inlet (4) and an outlet (5) for the coolant located in the pipes (7). The deflecting sheets (or deflecting surfaces) (8) available in the pipe sectional heat exchanger (1) are modified in such a way that they leave the windows (12, 13) open, and at least at least one guide partition (10) or (11), is placed on the inlet or outlet side, respectively, of the deflecting surface. These guide dividers run parallel to the axes of the pipes and intersect each other. Thanks to the guide dividers, the flow on the inlet side is divided and conducted in opposite directions to the windows, where it exits on the corresponding opposite sides of the outlet dividers and is redirected.
EFFECT: thanks to these built-in elements, constant mixing is achieved in the product flow during heat transfer thus preventing incorrect distribution and back-mixing. At the same time, the flow path is lengthened and thus heat transfer is improved.
