SUBSTANCE: orderly distribution of non-clumping granular components among themselves within the volume of the finished mixture is required. The device for producing a mixture from bulk components contains hoppers, under which feeders with gripping elements are located, under them there is a main support disk, fixedly connected to the container for the mixture and installed on the main rotor shaft, the hoppers are made in the form of a module consisting of six segment hoppers with turners located in them, connected to the rotational drive; under the hoppers, there is a rotor module made of six conical rotary feeders connected to the drive through replaceable pairs of gears, ensuring the required ratio of components in the finished mixture, two feeders for large components, two feeders for medium-weight components and two for small-weight components, and each of the feeders is mounted on a shaft and made of conical drums with recesses, which are gripping bodies, the main support disk is additionally connected to an electric motor through a gear, which ensures rotation of the mixture container, and additionally eccentrics are introduced, connected to spring-loaded pushers, and the eccentrics are connected to the drive through pairs of gears, and the spring-loaded pushers are rigidly connected to the segmented hoppers.

EFFECT: increasing the stability of the device when dispensing bulk components by feeders.
