FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a storage bin fitted with an agitator and having a spout over a sliding gate with measuring through-containers combined with a channel for discharging into a receiving matrix which is mounted on the instrument table of the stand where there is a drive and a direction control system. According to the invention, the instrument table is fitted with a vibrator and is spring-loaded relative the stand, and a large-capacity feeder is kinematically closed with the distribution grid of the spout of the storage bin through a damper which is in form of a pneumatic pressure chamber; the agitator has the shape of cones whose bases adjoin the through-channels of the distribution grid, where the angle of inclination of the surface of the cones is defined by the ratio: θ=30°+2φ, where φ is the angle of internal friction of the granular material.
EFFECT: enabling automatic batching of granular materials with high accuracy and simultaneously into matrices of a large-capacity pallet, while ensuring functional reliability and process safety; disclosed apparatus is fire- and explosion-proof, since it avoids rubbing and mechanical action on granules of high-energy materials such as gunpowder and sensitive pyrotechnic compositions.
