FIELD: pharmaceuticals; food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry. Method of producing mixture of granular components consists in feeding, dosing by mechanical separation of components fed by continuous flow onto microvolumes by volume principle by controlling the number of rotations of six conical rotary feeders, which receive rotation with a certain frequency from the drive, by means of replacement pairs of gears, providing the required ratio of components in the finished mixture, formation of mixture is carried out by ordered laying of separate micro volumes on circle inside container under action of gravitation in form of layering on each other due to rotation of container, which simultaneously receives rotation around its own axis with certain frequency from another electric motor by means of gear and relative to modules of fixed feeders. Device for implementing the method comprises bins made in form of a module consisting of six segment bins with agitators located in them, connected to rotary motion drive, under bins there is a rotor module made of six conical rotary feeders with gripping members, feeders are connected to the drive by means of replaceable pairs of gears, providing the required ratio of components in the ready mixture, and each of the feeders is installed on the shaft and is made of conical drums with recesses, which are gripping organs, main support disc is rigidly connected to vessel for mix, is installed on main shaft and additionally connected with electric motor by means of gear, providing rotation of vessel for mixture.

EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency, accuracy of dosing and quality of mixture.
