FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: downhole rod pumping unit for oil production under conditions complicated by scale deposition in pumping equipment and high corrosiveness of the produced fluid contains a downhole rod pump, a string of production tubing pipes, a liner of tubing pipes with a fitting, and internal pipes. The downhole rod pump is driven by a drive through a string of pump rods and a string of production tubing. The internal pipes are made with perforations in the upper part of the side surface. The internal pipes are connected to the tubing using subs at the top of the liner pipes. The perforation holes are made in the form of slots, the total area of which exceeds the internal cross-sectional area of the inner pipe by 2 times. The internal pipes have a flow section, and centralizing ribs are rigidly installed on the lower part of the side surface of the internal pipes. In the lower part of the liner pipes, internal fiberglass pipes 0.8 m and 0.2 m long are installed in series through a sub, connected to each other by a fibreglass coupling. A fitting with a hole with a diameter of 20 mm is installed in a coupling connection, and the fitting is made of ceramic material.

EFFECT: improved reliability and ensuring the required mode of well flow and operation by improving efficiency pump protection against scale deposits, increasing the turnaround time of deep-well pumping equipment, expanding the possibility of its use by reducing the length of the liner and preventing corrosive wear of the nozzle, as well as expanding the arsenal of technical means of the rod pump installations for oil production in conditions complicated by salt deposition in pumping equipment and high corrosiveness of the produced fluids.
