FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry, can be used in the extraction of oil-containing formation fluid using the installation of a sucker-rod pump in production wells, including complicated mechanical impurities, represented mainly by ferromagnetic particles. System comprises a lower filter with magnets under the cylinder of the pump lowered on the tubing string, and an upper filter with magnets above the pump cylinder. Lower filter is made of a metal ring with a rigidly fixed crosspiece of metal perforated plates directed to the wellhead. Width of the metal perforated plates is 2 mm less than the inner diameter of the shank pipes, and height is 50–80 cm. Lower filter is placed in the tubing branch pipe and is inserted into the coupling joint of the shank pipes. Upper filter is made in the form of a clamp with metal, perforated plates, put on the lower string of sucker rods, connected to the rod or plunger of the pump clamped in the clamp plates. Perforated plates are located relative to each other at angle of 90 degrees, with width which is 4 mm less than internal diameter of the tubing string, with height of 20–30 cm. Magnets are installed in holes in plates. Holes have variable diameter, the first diameter is equal to the diameter of the installed magnets, the second diameter is 2 mm less than the diameter of the magnets.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of trapping ferromagnetic particles due to amplification of magnetisation processed medium unidirectional magnetic field.
