SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for facilitating the rotary movement of a working tool relative to the machine arm. The device for facilitating the rotary movement of the working tool relative to the machine arm contains the first rod, the second rod and a support structure for supporting the first rod with the second rod. In this case, the first rod contains the first end segment, the second end segment and an intermediate segment passing between them, where each of the first end segment and the second end segment contains an eye part and a rod part extending integrally and continuously from the eye part, while the intermediate segment is connected with a shaft portion of the first end segment and with a shaft portion of the second end segment. The second rod is identical to the first rod, and the second rod is located at a distance relative to the first rod and is located parallel to it. The support structure includes a cross member located between the first rod and the second rod; the first coupling connected to the cross member and disposed around the first link with a gap, and the second coupling connected to the cross member and disposed around the second link with a clearance.
