FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines for sinking or excavating rock. The rock-excavating machine contains a frame, a cutting device, an arrow bearing the cutting device, and a vibration generating device. The cutting device includes a shaft and a cutting disc having a cutting edge, wherein the cutting disc is installed with the possibility of free rotation relatively to the shaft around the axis of the cutting device. The arrow contains the first end, the second end, and the axis of the arrow, wherein the arrow contains the first part and the second part. The first part is connected to the frame of rotation around the first rotary axis between the raised position and the lowered position, and the second part is connected to the cutting device. In addition, the second part is rotated around the second rotary axis between the raised position and the lowered position. The vibration generating device comprises a vibrator shaft and eccentric mass located adjacent to the end of the shaft of the cutting device with the possibility of rotation around the axis of the vibrator so that the rotation of the vibrator shaft and the eccentric mass create vibrations of the shaft and the cutting disc.
EFFECT: compactness, operational flexibility and ease of rotating the arrow.
