FIELD: recycling of thermoplastic waste.

SUBSTANCE: method for producing liquid hydrocarbons from thermoplastic waste. Method includes supplying waste thermoplastics, thermal destruction of thermoplastics in a pyrolysis reactor, supplying the resulting gas phase of hydrocarbons to a condensation column, and removing remaining products of thermal destruction of thermoplastics from the pyrolysis reactor. Next, hydrocarbons are separated into gaseous and liquid fractions in the condensation column and removed from the condensation column. In this case, the method is characterized by the fact that the supply of waste thermoplastics is carried out using an extruder, which feeds the waste into a furnace, in which they are pre-plasticized; the plastic mass obtained in the furnace is sent to a pyrolysis reactor, in which the thermal destruction of thermoplastics is carried out at a temperature of 550-600°C and at a constant pressure of 0.4-1.0 MPa, the separation of the resulting gas phase of hydrocarbons is carried out in a condensation column at a constant pressure of 0.4-1.0 MPa. EFFECT: present invention makes it possible to simplify the process of producing liquid hydrocarbons from waste thermoplastics while ensuring a high proportion of liquid hydrocarbons in the resulting product.
