SUBSTANCE: plant for multi-stage thermal neutralization and disposal of various household and industrial organic materials (waste or other similar raw materials) of varying degrees of humidity, together or separately, in continuous automatic mode 24/7. The complex for thermal neutralization and utilization of organic waste contains a system of receiving and loading devices with a grinder and a mixer for waste to be processed with a fraction of dried waste, connected to a drying device, also connected to a recycle system for a mixture of vapor and flue gas, connected to a separator-cooler for screening and cooling of the dried waste fraction, and a waste pyrolysis-gasification reactor. The complex also includes a lime mortar neutralizing sulfur compounds preparation system, an ash residue removal system, a burner device for afterburning pyrolysis gas, a hot flue gas mixer from the burner device with a drying agent-coolant from the drying device recycle system, a gas cleaning device made in the form of a system of cyclones, a condenser-collector and a scrubber with a droplet eliminator, equipped with a cooling system for the scrubber solution, and a chimney. The receiving and loading device includes an extruder with a profiled nozzle connected to the outlet channel of the storage hopper and a conveyor configured to supply material to the mixer. The waste pyrolysis-gasification reactor is a multi-hearth furnace with a hollow shaft and grips, equipped with a gas flow distribution system and including ventilation devices located along the entire reactor shaft, in the lower zone of the reactor chamber and in the upper zone of the reactor chamber, a distribution system for supplying water and air to bottom ash cooling and distribution air supply system for carbon/coke residue oxidation in the reactor, burner device with distributed oxidant supply for conversion and subsequent afterburning of generator/pyrolysis gas, hot flue gas mixer, which is the ejected gas from the burner device with drying agent-coolant, which is the ejection gas from the recycle system of the dryer, is made in the ejector version with subsequent supply of the mixed gas flow to the dryer.
EFFECT: achievement of the maximum possible neutralization and disposal of organic waste in a continuous automatic mode 24/7 in the absence of emissions of hazardous harmful substances into the environment through the use of a clear hardware division of the production process of neutralization and disposal into separate stages performed on units designed and optimized for these stages, as well as ensuring the complete energy independence of the installation for thermal energy.
