FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: ball mill contains a housing with balls, inlet 1 and outlet 2 shaft-pipes, on which rolling bearings 3 are located. The ball mill contains storage hopper 10, liquid ring vacuum pump 12 and container 13 for collecting the resulting liquid. The body contains two sections separated by a perforated grate - a cylindrical section with large balls and a conical section with balls of a smaller diameter, and on inlet 1 shaft-pipe, through which the material enters the cylindrical section, a jet nozzle is installed, and output 2 shaft-pipe is connected to the storage hopper connected, via a valve, to a liquid ring vacuum pump, to which a container is connected via a pipeline to collect the resulting liquid.
EFFECT: reduction in energy costs and a specified degree of grinding while maintaining maximum quality of the finished powder.
