FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration grinding and can be used in concentration of mineral stock, metallurgy, food and chemical industries, etc. Proposed method consists in feed of initial material into grinding chamber 1, onto perforated curvilinear bottom 2, to subject said material to directed vibrations by different-diameter grinding balls 3 so that coarse material lumps at perforated bottom lower side are ground by large grinding balls 3, while small lumps at upper part of bottom 2 are ground by small grinding balls 3. Note here that material is first fed in grinding chamber 1 to produce at lower part of bottom 2 the layer of height making 1.5-2 diameter of large grinding balls. Thereafter, grinding balls of small and large diameters are fed from chamber 5 via opened shutter 7 into grinding chamber 1.
EFFECT: grinding efficiency increased by 1,2-1,5 times.
