SUBSTANCE: method for video dubbing. A method is proposed, comprising the following steps: after receiving the audio recording activation operation at the first time point of the target video, starting from the video frame corresponding to the first time point, the target video is played based on the timeline, and audio data is received; and after receiving the audio recording end operation at the second time point, an audio recording file is formed, the audio recording file having a binding relationship with the timeline of the video segment having the video frame corresponding to the first time point as the start frame and the video frame corresponding to the second time point as the end frame. The invention makes it possible to perform audio recording based on the timeline by playing the target video and, in turn, to generate an audio recording file having a binding relationship with the timeline of the corresponding video segment, so that the timeline of the audio recording file and the video segment do not need to be re-aligned for future operations, thereby facilitating obtaining an accurate video audio result and making unnecessary manual timeline alignment operations that lead to inaccurate audio results.

EFFECT: improved accuracy of video dubbing.
