FIELD: hydraulic motors.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to gerotor hydraulic motors with metal-metal pairs for directional drilling of oil wells. The engine 1 contains a hard metal stator 2, a multi-thread helical gerotor mechanism located inside it, including the inner surface 4 of the stator 2 with internal helical teeth 5 and an eccentrically located rotor 6 with external helical teeth. The inner surface 4 contains a plurality of helical grooves made with a semicircular cross-sectional profile. The meridian plane of the cross section of each of the grooves is located tangentially to the envelope surface 4, which is identical to the theoretical profile of the cross section of the surface 4. The entrance 19 of the grooves is located on the input ends 20 of teeth 5, and the output 21 of the grooves on the output ends 22 of teeth 5. The cross sections of the outer helical teeth on the edges of the rotor 6 are outlined by an equidistant profile decreasing in the direction of the near end of the rotor 6, made with the possibility of shifting each point of the profile in the radial direction along the vector connecting each point of the profile with the central longitudinal axis 28 of the rotor 6.
EFFECT: increasing the service life and reliability of a gerotor hydraulic motor with a metal-metal pair.
