SUBSTANCE: invention relates to feed additive production lines. The technological line includes production bins with batchers, screw feeders, a separator, a crusher, a mixer, a vacuum coater with nozzles. The line consists of five modules: a cleaning and grinding module, a macrodosing module, a microdosing module, a mixing and coating module, and a finished product packaging module. The macrodosing module includes three hopper units, each of which is equipped with an individual screw conveyor for loading the initial macrocomponents, as well as an individual dosing feeder for dosing into batch strain gauges. The microdosing module consists of three bin units for microdosing of microcomponents, each of which is equipped with an individual dosing feeder for dosing into strain gauges for microdosing. The mixing and coating module includes a vacuum coater, a liquid amino acid injection unit, a vitamin injection unit in a liquid form, and a high-viscosity liquid component injection unit. The line is additionally equipped with elevators with local filters, a magnetic column, a grain separator and z-shaped conveyors.

EFFECT: preparing feed additives with vacuum coating of the protein-vitamin-lipid complex as well as expanding the range of balanced feed additives produced.
