SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Disclosed is a production line for functional pseudo-encapsulated feedstuffs, which contains units of bins for macrodosing of leguminous raw materials and for microdosing of additives equipped with rotary batchers and a mixer, after which a conditioner-steamer, an extruder and a vacuum sprayer are installed in series, which is equipped with a system of nozzles for controlled supply of liquid vitamins, liquid amino acids and a lipid complex. Vacuum sprayer is connected to pseudo-encapsulation unit, in which two coaxial shafts with tape spirals are installed. Line also contains magnetic columns, which are installed after the bins for macro- and microdosing, a vacuum pump, which is located in front of receiver, connected to comb located on vacuum sputtering device, and a container with inert carriers, which is installed in front of the pseudo-encapsulation unit, which in turn is connected to the filling-packing machine.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing technological capabilities.
