FIELD: power supply.
SUBSTANCE: mobile heat and electricity station (MHES) contains a flow-through chemical hydrogen generator (CHG), a heat generator and an electricity generator, connected via signal and control inputs/outputs to the control unit. At the same time, water and aluminum in the presence of a biologically safe catalyst were used as consumable reagents for the production of hydrogen in CHG. The differences between MHES are: the implementation of flow-through CHG in the form of a sealed reaction chamber, equipped with pipes with dosing valves for continuous and dosed supply of consumable reagents and catalyst into it. Making a biologically safe catalyst from crystalline hydrate of sodium metasilicate. The heat generator is made in the form of a water jacket covering the hot surface of the CHG reaction chamber, and the electricity generator is made in the form of a hydrogen electric generator. At the same time, the CHG water jacket is equipped with pipes with quick-release couplings and shut-off valves for quick connection with an external heating and hot water supply system.
EFFECT: expanding the arsenal of mobile heat and electricity stations (MHES) using water and aluminum as a working substance and at the same time, reduce downtime in the operation of MHES and minimize heat losses, which lower the reliability of energy supply with heat and electricity to facilities in conditions of shortage of hydrocarbon fuel in places remote from the main lines of gas, electricity and heat energy supply.
