FIELD: energy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alternative power engineering. Hydrogen generator of electric energy comprises series-connected converter of water into hydrogen, hydrogen combustion chamber and a converter of heat energy of hydrogen combustion products into electric energy. According to the invention hydrogen combustion chamber is composed of plasma burner equipped with air intake slits. Converter of heat energy of combustion products of hydrogen into electric energy is made in the form of magnetic converter containing a dielectric tube with rectangular cross-section, inside of which opposite charge capacitor plates are mounted at two opposite sides. On the outer side of pipe with two other opposite sides there are magnets, which are directed to each other by unlike poles. Plasma burner is connected coaxially and butt-to-butt with dielectric pipe magnetic transducer which capacitor potential outputs are connected with electric outputs of the hydrogen generator.

EFFECT: technical result provides increased efficiency of producing hydrogen, higher efficiency and reduced dimensions.
