FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic equipment, namely to technology of low-temperature liquefaction of natural gas. For liquefaction of natural gas there is used a throttle recuperative method with separate use of cold and hot flows of vortex coolers, heat exchanger and separation devices in sectional reservoir-cryostat, in which successive separation, cooling and recuperative heat exchange processes are carried out. Liquefied high-pressure natural gas is liquefied using separation processes, heat recuperation of the cold stream obtained in the vortex cooler in a recuperative heat exchanger. Hot end of vortex cooler is cooled with part of cold flow from inter-tube space of heat exchanger. Also, two-stage separation of hot flow leaving the vortex cooler is performed with the help of bum cap and conical mesh baffle. Cleaned hot gas stream comes out of cryostat reservoir top. Flow control is performed by means of fine adjustment valve.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of losses and optimization of gas liquefaction process.
