SUBSTANCE: relates to cutting fluids (coolants) that provide production processes for blade and abrasive processing of ferrous metals in mechanical engineering. The coolant used in the mechanical processing of metals contains sodium tripolyphosphate, triethanolamine, ammonium tetraborate oxyethane diphosphonate (NH4)2B4O7C2H8O7P2 and water.
EFFECT: increasing the service life of metal-cutting tools, improving the quality of surface treatment of parts and protecting them from corrosion.
