SUBSTANCE: tillage front piercer with knife working bodies (24) contains a spatial frame (1), consisting of interconnected profile tubular rods, mounted on gusset stops with power hinges, with a loading hydraulic cylinder (13), power brackets and knife piercing working bodies (24 ). The front transverse rod is made in the form of a channel beam with slots. The piercer consists of drive and return mechanisms. The drive mechanism is made in the form of an electric motor (18) with a gearbox (19), mounted on a longitudinal tubular rod, included in the power supply system of the tractor (12) and a crank shaft mounted in power brackets with bearings on the top of the channel beam with slots attached to its necks with connecting rod guides, in the fork ends of which piercing knife working bodies (24) are hingedly installed, in the middle part having a position hole for installing a transverse bolt wedge. The gearbox gear (19) of the electric motor (18) is engaged with the drive gear of the crank shaft. The return mechanism consists of funnel-shaped guides mounted on the upper part of the channel beam opposite the slots with return compression springs located in them.

EFFECT: improvement of water permeability of the fertile soil layer due to its piercing is ensured, reduction of the technogenic influence of the chassis system of a wheeled semi-frame tractor on cultivated soils in order to prevent over-compaction, preserve fertility and increase the yield of agricultural crops, increase productivity and speed characteristics of the tractor when using a fairly simple device that is easy to manufacture, which has high reliability, durability, ease of maintenance and operation, has the ability to pierce the soil to the required depth, self-cleaning of the working blade parts in motion, has low metal consumption and low resistance to tractor movement.
