SUBSTANCE: device for tensioning the dumper conveyor belt includes a tension drum made with the possibility of translational movement of the conveyor belt through its rotation, connected to gear motors, connected to a support frame installed in the dumping truss with the ability to move relative to the truss for tensioning the belt, tension screw jacks connected to the rope, in turn, connected to the support frame for transmitting the tension force from the jacks by rotating their screws to the support frame, and with sensors connected to them to determine the tension force of the tape and rope. The jacks are connected to electric drives capable of controlling the rotation of the jack screws depending on the indicators determined by the sensors. EFFECT: reliability of the dumper design and the dumping process are improved.
