FIELD: electronics.
SUBSTANCE: providing the required temperature conditions for elements of radio electronic apparatus (REA). Main heat exchanger is made in the form of an evaporative heat removal, in which non-through cylindrical holes are made in the vertical direction, arranged in a checkerboard pattern and having a depth equal to 3/4 of the height of the main heat exchanger, while on the lower surface of the main heat exchanger, a fan unit is installed using fasteners, powered from a source of electrical energy, operating on blowing air into the cylindrical holes.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of heat removal from a REA element by increasing the intensity of heat removal from the heat-generating junctions of thermoelectric battery (TEB) sections through the main heat exchanger by organizing forced air heat removal from it.
