FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vector control of a salient-pole synchronous motor with permanent magnets. The effect is achieved by accurately converting the control signal into two reference signals by calculating the desired current position, predictability and linearization of control through the use of a controller. The technical essence of the proposed method for controlling a salient-pole synchronous motor is as follows. The control signal of the synchronous motor is generated, the control signal is converted into two reference signals, the phase currents are measured, the signals of the measured phase currents are converted into two feedback signals, the generated reference signals are compared with the feedback signals and their difference is fed to two regulators, the signals from the output of the regulators are converted using the harmonic signals of the encoder. The converted signals are converted into control pulses by pulse-width modulation. Control pulses are supplied to the corresponding inputs of the power converter, the DC voltage supplied to the corresponding inputs of the power converter is converted by means of pulse-width modulation into an alternating three-phase voltage, an alternating three-phase voltage is obtained, an alternating three-phase voltage is applied to the stator windings of the synchronous electric motor, the synchronous motor is controlled.
EFFECT: improved control accuracy of a synchronous motor while minimizing heat losses.
