FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a method for manufacturing a facade panel using permanent reinforced concrete formwork with insulation integrated into it. The method includes laying a mesh in a form with side borders for reinforcing the concrete of the front layer with fastening elements of panel construction formwork and diagonal ties tied to it for combining the concrete of the front layer and the monolithic concrete of the inner layer, poured at the construction site after installation of permanent formwork, with a step equal to insulation width. The face layer is concreted. The insulation is laid out until the concrete sets. Heat treatment is performed. After the concrete reaches stripping strength, the side borders of the form are removed and the facade panel is removed. After removing the front panel, which serves as permanent formwork after installation, it is tilted into the transport position from the form. Next, it is sent to the construction site and installed in the designed position. Reinforcement and installation of panel construction formwork are carried out to form the design thickness of the internal monolithic layer with fixation. After which concreting of the inner layer is carried out. At the same time, diagonal connections pre-installed in the front panel before the heat treatment stage serve to combine the concrete of the front layer of the facade panel and the poured concrete of the internal monolithic layer.
EFFECT: acceleration of construction and installation work, the use of fewer formwork panels for construction and installation work, and an increase in the degree of factory readiness of the front panel.
