SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for surface treatment of tooling made of aluminium alloys. The method of surface treatment of tooling made of aluminium alloys in the process of moulding products from polymer composite materials consists of anodizing the degreased surface of aluminium tooling in a 16-18% solution of sulphuric acid at a temperature of 15-25°C. Then two layers of a 10% solution of anti-adhesive silicone grease K-21 in nefras are applied to the surface with a brush, with intermediate drying from the solvent for 15-20 minutes and subsequent heat treatment at a temperature of 120±5°C for 240-250 minutes. Application of layers should be carried out no later than 120 hours from the moment of anodizing. And before each moulding process, two layers of a 10% solution of synthetic heat-resistant SKT rubber in nefras are applied with a brush, with intermediate drying for 15-20 minutes.
EFFECT: minimization of the adhesion of the binder to the equipment during the moulding of products from polymer composite materials.
