FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an anti-adhesive separating composition for moulds and tooling in the moulding of products from composite materials: fiberglass, carbon fibre based on epoxy and polyester resins and polymeric materials. The composition contains as follows (in the ratio, wt.%): ceresin 4-10, oxidized polyethylene wax PVO-30 with melt viscosity at 140°C 25-80 Pa⋅s-3 4-10, diamine dioleate in an organic solvent solution 0.1-0.2, surfactant Sintanol ES-3 4-6, petroleum solvent and fat-soluble anthraquinone dye 0.0004, and the composition contains an organometallic compound as an antistatic agent from a number of carboxylic acids with tin (tin stearate) 0.7-1.2, whereas the solvent content is 87.2-74.5; or tin octoate 0.8–1.3, whereas the solvent content is 87.1–74.6; or tin oleate 0.9–1.4, whereas the solvent content is 87.0–74.7.
EFFECT: reduced fire hazard and ensuring resistance to delamination of the composition.
