FIELD: aerosol supply systems.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to a cartridge for an aerosol supply system and an aerosol supply system. A cartridge for an aerosol delivery system comprises a cartridge and a control unit. The cartridge includes: a mouthpiece outlet, a housing having a mouthpiece end and an interface end. The mouth end has an aerosol cartridge outlet, and the interface end includes an interface for connecting the cartridge to the control unit. The cartridge also includes an air passage extending from an air inlet of the housing to a mouthpiece outlet, and a reservoir within the housing containing an aerosol-forming liquid. The tank has a dividing wall defining a dividing wall between the first area of the tank on the side of the dividing wall facing the mouth end of the housing, and the second area of the tank on the side of the dividing wall facing the interface end of the housing. The separating wall includes at least one fluid communication opening to allow fluid communication between the first reservoir region and the second reservoir region. The cartridge further includes a liquid transfer element for transferring liquid from the second region of the reservoir to the heating element to generate an aerosol in the aerosol generation region for inhalation by the user, and an aerosol outlet tube integrally formed with the partition wall to form an air portion. a channel between the aerosol generating area and the mouthpiece outlet. The air channel additionally contains a section that contains the first end of the first width, located upstream, and the second end of the second, larger width, located downstream from the first end. The first end is closer to the aerosol outlet than the second end, and the second end is closer to the mouthpiece outlet than the first end. The specified section of the air channel contains located upstream the section closest to the first end, which defines the first length, having a constant width along this first length, and located downstream the section closest to the second end, which defines the second length, gradually increasing along this second length towards the outlet of the mouthpiece.
EFFECT: invention provides liquid retention in the liquid supply area when the electronic cigarette is tilted in various directions, which helps to avoid the wick from drying out.
