Evaporator assembly comprises a liquid transfer element made of cotton and a heating element comprising a coil of resistive wire wound around a portion of the liquid transfer member, wherein heating element has electric resistance from 1.3 to 1.5 Ohm.

EFFECT: evaporator assembly is described.
