FIELD: mechanical engineering; metallurgy; agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing anchor coulters for stubble seeders with structuring of the cutting part involves obtaining a sand casting and its thermal cyclic hardening. Cast iron containing, wt.%: C 3.1-3.2, Si 2.5-2.7, Mn 0.5-0.6, Ni 2.4-2.5, Mo 1.4-1.5, Cr 0.5- 0.6, Mg 0.06-0.07, S≤0.08, P≤0.08, Fe – the rest, is removed from the mould at 950-1020°C, transferred to a bath of water at a temperature of 20°C and processed in cycles. In the 1st cycle, the cutting part is immersed in water with a plane from the upper frontal corner of the first thickening from above to the perpendicular to the middle of the distance from the lower part of the second thickening from above to the lower occipital angle, held for 1.9 s, removed and kept in air for 3 s. In the 2nd cycle, keep in water for 1.9 s, in air for 3.9 s, in the 3rd cycle - in water for 1.9 s, in air for 8.8 s, in the 4th cycle - in water for 1 s, in air – until completely cooled. In the 2-4 cycles, the cutting part is immersed in water from the upper frontal corner of the first thickening from above to the lower occipital corner.
EFFECT: zonal distribution of metallographic structures across functional zones is provided according to the type of prevailing loads.
