SUBSTANCE: method for producing anchor openers for stubble seeders with heat treatment involves producing a sand casting and heat treating it. Cast iron containing, wt.%: C 3.1-3.2, Si 2.4-2.6, Mn 0.6-0.7, Ni 2.5-2.6, Mo 1.5-1.6, Cr 0.6- 0.7, Mg 0.07-0.09, S≤0.08, P≤0.08, Fe – the rest, is removed from the mould at 950-1020°C, transferred to a bath of water at a temperature of 20°C and processed in cycles. In the 1st cycle, the cutting part is immersed in water with a plane from the upper frontal corner of the first thickening from above to the perpendicular to the middle of the distance from the lower part of the second thickening from above to the lower occipital angle, held for 1.9 s, removed and kept in air for 3.1 s. In the 2nd - kept in water for 1.8 s, in air - 4 s, in the 3rd - in water for 1.8 s, in air - 8.9 s, in the 4th - in water for 1 s, in air - up to complete cooling. In the 2-4 cycles, the cutting part is immersed in water from the upper frontal corner of the first thickening from above to the lower occipital corner.
EFFECT: zonal distribution of metallographic structures across functional zones is provided according to the type of prevailing loads.
