SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of general formula (I), general formula (II), general formula (III), general formula (IV), general formula (V), general formula (VI) and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, where all the variables are defined in herein, which may be useful as inducers of type I interferon production, specifically as active agents of STING. Also the following is provided: a pharmaceutical composition containing such compounds and methods of using such compounds, including administering such compounds to induce an immune response, induce STING-dependent type I interferon production, and/or treat a cell proliferation disorder such as cancer.
EFFECT: obtaining sting agonists compounds.
