FIELD: feed production.

SUBSTANCE: preparation of complete granulated compound feed for herbivorous animals - rabbits. The method involves grinding the recipe components, using oat hydrolyzate to carry out the gelatinization stage with the subsequent addition of a complex of enzyme preparations, mixing the recipe components and granulating them. The formulation composition contains a suspension of microalgae Nannohloropsis oceanica, which is cultivated from a mixture of inoculum and nutrient medium with a constant supply of a mixture of air and carbon dioxide. Two streams are formed, one of which is sent for mixing with the rest of the recipe components, and the other for granulation with the simultaneous supply of saturated steam. The resulting granules are dried in a vibrating fluidized bed to a temperature not exceeding the room temperature. The cooled granules are crushed and fractionated into fine fractions and finished products. The fine fraction is returned for granulation. The finished products are delivered for storage. Complete granulated feed for rabbits is produced by using a production line that ensures all operations of the method.

EFFECT: obtaining compound feed for rabbits with high nutritional value, reducing specific energy costs, and also realizing the production of compound feed in production.
