FIELD: wastewater treatment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates for a set of equipment for wastewater treatment and joint regeneration of organic solvents and minerals. It can be used in the production of synthetic fibres for organizing a water circulation system and reusing dimethylacetamide (DMAA), isobutyl alcohol (IBA), lithium chloride and lithium alkali. The technological line for the regeneration of lithium chloride, lithium alkali, DMAA and IBA or lithium chloride, lithium alkali and DMAA from process solutions and wastewater from the production of para-aramid fibres includes an electrodialyser with bipolar membranes, the output of which is connected with an interconnected reactor-neutralizer and a mechanical filter, a rectification installation and is characterized by the fact that it additionally contains a micro- and ultrafiltration installation connected with a mechanical filter, the output of which is connected with a reverse osmosis installation, the first output of which is connected with the line of the water circulation system, and the second with a rectification installation, the first output of which is connected with the line of the water circulation system, the second with the DMAA and IBA outlet lines, respectively, and the third with a vacuum evaporator, the first output of which is connected with the DMAA outlet line, the second with a reservoir for dissolving crystalline lithium chloride, connected with an electrodialyser with bipolar membranes.

EFFECT: providing an improved technological line for regeneration with reduced consumption of reagents and ensure environmental friendliness of the production of para-aramid fibres.
