FIELD: grinding devices.

SUBSTANCE: devices for grinding various bulk materials used in the chemical, construction and other industries. The impact-centrifugal mill contains a housing, a pipe for supplying the source material located in the upper part of the housing, outlets for outputting the finished product located in the lower part of the housing, cutting elements mounted on the side wall of the housing, an accelerator located in the housing on a vertical shaft, and accelerator drive. The accelerator consists of an upper element with a central hole for supplying the source material, a lower element made in the form of a disk, a cone distributor and accelerator blades located between the upper and lower elements, while the upper element of the accelerator is made in the form of the side surface of a truncated cone. The mill body is made of three stages, while three disks with accelerating elements are installed in the body on a vertical shaft with the ratio of the disk sizes from top to bottom as 1: 1.4: 2, and in the middle and lower disks at a distance of 1/4 of the diameter from the axis of the vertical shaft there are four separation holes with a diameter of 30-35 mm. Moreover, below the disks, the part of the body is made with grooves and replaceable rings installed in them. The cutting elements located on the inner surface of the housing are installed with the possibility of rotating them by 180° and with an angle of inclination of the working edge relative to the accelerating blades of 50-70°.

EFFECT: mill is characterized by high process efficiency due to grinding, reducing wear of cutting elements and increasing their service life.
