FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator comprises a cylindrical casing with axial loading and tangential unloading branch pipes. In the cylindrical casing top and bottom horizontal disks are installed with possibility of counter-rotating, they have impact elements secured along the concentric circles, each is located between impact elements of the opposite disk. A cylindrical sleeve is rigidly secured on the top horizontal disk, the sleeve is lined from inside with baffle plates. On the bottom horizontal disk a three-stage centrifugal accelerator is rigidly installed with dispersive blade on the top stage, impact hammers on the middle stage and distributive blades on the bottom stage. The cylindrical sleeve and the three-stage centrifugal accelerator are installed on the same axis with the axial loading branch pipe. Diameter of the circumscribed circle of the dispersive blades of the top stage is below internal diameter of the axial loading branch pipe by 4dmax. Diameter of the circumscribed circle of the impact hammers of the middle stage is equal to internal diameter of the axial loading branch pipe. Diameter of the circumscribed circle of the curvilinear blades of the bottom stage is equal to the internal diameter of the cylindrical sleeve, where dmax is maximum size of piece of the ground material.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of material grinding process.
