FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotary-percussion grinding and aims at increasing the quality of finished product by involving the entire two-phase flow of material particles in rotation in classifier blade space. Proposed mill comprises interconnected rotary-percussion crusher and air classifier. Said crusher comprises accelerator fitted on vertical shaft and baffle plates secured at the body inner surface with clearance relative thereto to make a crushing zone with said accelerator. Air classifier comprises material separation chamber accommodating chutes to return coarse particles in accelerator for additional grinding, their top part being secured to the body, cylinder-taper insert, rotary blades to swirl air flow and material and fine material discharge pipe. Air classifier is arranged immediately above said rotary-percussion crusher and connected therewith so that clearance between body inner surface and baffle plates are communicated with material separation chamber. Top part of chutes and cylindrical part of cylinder part of cylinder-taper insert have annular pockets while rotary blades are fitted by their sides in the latter.
