SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an anaesthesia kit for ensuring patient safety under general anaesthesia. The kit comprises a tube with an inflatable cuff at the distal end to obstruct the oesophagus. The kit includes a gastric tube for decompression and evacuation of stomach contents. The kit comprises an upper airway tube, the distal end of which has a 45-degree bend, is equipped with holes for airflow dispersion, and ends in two 8 mm long bevels. The kit includes a catheter to remove fluid from the tracheobronchial tree and a suction catheter to remove sputum and mucus from the oropharynx. The kit comprises an elastic band to seal the mouth outlet with openings for a distal cuffed tube, an airway tube and a suction catheter. The kit is equipped with fixation elements and cotton balls for closing the nostrils.

EFFECT: ability to remove saliva and mucus from the oropharynx and sputum from the tracheobronchial tree, prevent disturbances in blood flow and innervation of the tongue due to the absence of a tightly inflated oropharyngeal cuff, prevent the entry of stomach contents into the oropharynx, prevent complications caused by impaired patency of the lower respiratory tract, simplicity and material accessibility, use in any operating room.
