FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to resuscitation kit for artificial pulmonary ventilation. Kit includes a transparent polyvinyl chloride tube with length of 20 cm, with an outer diameter of 10 mm, an inner diameter of 8 mm and a distal end with blunt edges, made with possibility of introduction into oropharynx by root of tongue for air blowing, rubber band with width of 7-8 mm, length of 15 cm with central hole with diameter of 8 mm, provided at the edges with rubber loops for fixation by the patient’s auricles, made with possibility of pressing around the mouth to create a seal, a douche with volume of 200 ml, made with possibility of liquid content evacuation from oropharynx through tube – air duct. Distal end of the airway tube is provided with 4-6 holes with diameter of 3 mm, located at distance of 2 cm from the distal end.

EFFECT: possibility of performing mechanical ventilation in case of cervical vertebral injuries without head extension, possibility of removing liquid contents of oropharynx, possibility of emergency assistance to a wide range of persons familiar with CPR techniques, availability and cheapness of the used means.
