FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: machine for inter-row and tree-trunk tillage consists of frame (1) containing transverse beam (2), linkage (3), brackets (4), support wheels (5), and modules. Each of the modules consists of body (6) on which rotating frame (7) is hingedly mounted with the ability to rotate in the vertical plane and which is attached to transverse beam (2) with the ability to move along this beam (2) with one degree of freedom by means of a screw mechanism consisting of screw (8) and nut (9). Screw (8) of the screw mechanism has one degree of freedom relative to transverse beam (2) with the possibility of rotation through a drive device made in the form of hydraulic motor (10) mounted on frame (2), and nut (8) is installed on body (6). Rotating frames (7) are connected by means of rods (11) to the rod of hydraulic cylinder (12) mounted on body (6) and connected hydraulically via pipelines (13) to hydraulic distributor (14) also hydraulically connected to the hydraulic system of the tractor and electrically connected via electric wires (15 ) to controller (16), which is also electrically connected to control panel (18), machine speed sensor (19), drive devices (10), and video systems (22), which are also electrically connected to display (23). A passive rotary working element (24) is installed on each rotating frame (7). Hydraulic motor (10) is hydraulically connected to servo valve (17) hydraulically connected to the tractor hydraulic system and electrically connected to controller (16), which is also electrically connected to hydraulic cylinder rod (12) movement limiters (20) installed on housing (6), and module movement limiters (21) installed on frame (2).
EFFECT: more comfortable and safe working conditions for operators are provided, the possibility of changing the number of working parts of the machine, increasing productivity of the machine, simplifying the drive mechanism of the working parts, reducing the likelihood of an emergency situation, the power of the drive device is sufficient to overcome the force of soil resistance during transverse movement of the module, adjusting the minimum and maximum values of the gap between the working bodies.
