FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: used for applying regular microreliefs on the inner cylindrical surfaces of holes in parts made of steels, non-ferrous metals and alloys. The device comprises a housing in which an input rotary-translational shaft coupled with ball couplings with a thrust ball bearing and a load washer mounted on it and an output translational-return shaft with a mandrel mounted on it are located. A pin is installed in the ball coupling, its other side entering into a longitudinal groove made in the housing to limit the rotation of the specified output shaft around its axis. The load washer is connected to the ball coupling of the output translational-return shaft by a tensile spring. On this output reciprocating shaft there is a centering sleeve, a spade collet, on the outer surface of which a regular relief is applied, and a thrust washer located between the end face of the spade collet and the body. The mandrel and centering sleeve are located inside the spade collet.

EFFECT: process capabilities of the mandrel are expanded by applying various regular microreliefs to the surface of the holes.
